1.2 API Keys

• Immediate notification of compromised keys

2. Usage Restrictions

2.1 Rate Limits

• Free tier: 1,000 requests/hour
• Pro tier: 10,000 requests/hour
• Enterprise: Custom limits

2.2 Prohibited Uses

• No reverse engineering of API
• No automated abuse or spam
• No unauthorized data extraction
• No competitive use without permission

3. Data Usage

3.1 Data Rights

• Limited license to use API data
• No redistribution without permission
• Compliance with data provider terms

3.2 Data Accuracy

• No warranty on data accuracy
• Real-time data may be delayed
• Users responsible for data validation

4. Developer Obligations

4.1 Compliance

• Follow all API documentation
• Implement proper error handling
• Respect rate limits and quotas
• Maintain security best practices

4.2 Attribution

• Proper attribution to PyP required
• Use approved branding guidelines
• No misleading representations

5. Termination

5.1 Termination Rights

• Either party may terminate access
• Immediate termination for violations
• 30-day notice for convenience termination

5.2 Effect of Termination

• Immediate loss of API access
• Deletion of cached data required
• Surviving obligations continue
