1. Introduction & Acceptance

1.1 Agreement Overview

PyP ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-guided trading platform that enables users to create, automate, and monetize trading strategies across web, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and mobile applications. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PyP.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old for trading features or 13 years old for educational content, and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

1.3 Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notifications. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may terminate your account if you disagree with modifications.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Account Creation

  • Valid email address and secure password required
  • Account types: Free tier, Pro subscription, Creator accounts
  • Email verification required; KYC optional for monetization
  • One account per person; no shared accounts permitted

2.2 Account Security

  • You're responsible for maintaining account security
  • Strong passwords and two-factor authentication recommended
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized access
  • You're liable for all activities under your account

2.3 Account Suspension & Termination

  • Either party may terminate at any time
  • We may suspend accounts for Terms violations or suspicious activity
  • 30-day notice for non-cause terminations
  • Refund decisions handled exclusively by SLK Pay (final)

3. Platform Services & Features

3.1 Core Trading Services

  • Strategy Development: .pyp code editor, compilation, testing
  • AI-Powered Tools: Strategy generation, optimization, analysis
  • Backtesting Engine: Historical performance testing
  • Signal Delivery: Multi-platform distribution (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord)
  • Performance Tracking: Real-time metrics and analytics

3.2 Marketplace Services

  • Strategy Marketplace: Buy, sell, and share trading strategies
  • Creator Program: Monetization tools for strategy developers
  • Rating System: User reviews and ratings
  • Revenue Sharing: Commission structure for marketplace sales

3.3 Educational Services

  • Documentation: Comprehensive guides and tutorials
  • Community Features: Forums, chat, collaboration tools
  • Training Content: Live and recorded educational materials
  • Support Services: Technical and customer support

3.4 API & Integration Services

  • REST API: Programmatic access to platform features
  • WebSocket Feeds: Real-time data streaming
  • Third-Party Integrations: Broker connections, data providers
  • Developer Tools: SDKs, libraries, documentation

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Service Tiers

  • Free Tier: Basic features, limited usage, community access
  • Pro Subscription: Advanced features, higher limits, priority support
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom solutions, dedicated support, SLA guarantees
  • Creator Accounts: Monetization features, marketplace access, analytics

4.2 Billing & Payments

  • Payment Processing: All payments handled exclusively by SLK Pay
  • Billing Cycles: Monthly, annual, custom enterprise billing
  • Payment Methods: As supported by SLK Pay (cards, digital wallets, crypto)
  • Currency: USD primary, other currencies via SLK Pay
  • Taxes: Sales tax, VAT calculated by SLK Pay

4.3 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: All refund decisions handled exclusively by SLK Pay
  • SLK Pay Authority: Their refund decisions are final and non-appealable
  • Cancellation Rights: Cancel subscription anytime
  • Dispute Resolution: Payment disputes resolved through SLK Pay
  • Chargeback Policy: May result in account suspension

4.4 Price Changes

  • Right to modify subscription prices with 30-day notice
  • Existing subscribers protected for current billing cycle
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing

5. Creator Monetization Program

5.1 Creator Eligibility

  • Application and approval required for creator status
  • Minimum strategy performance and community standing requirements
  • Valid SLK Creator ID required for payouts
  • Identity verification required for tax compliance

5.2 Revenue Sharing

  • Platform commission on strategy sales (15-30% based on tier)
  • Monthly payouts via SLK Pay
  • Minimum earnings thresholds apply
  • Creators responsible for tax obligations

5.3 Creator Obligations

  • Maintain high-quality strategies and documentation
  • Provide reasonable support to strategy buyers
  • Follow all platform guidelines and legal requirements
  • Warrant ownership of submitted strategies

5.4 Creator Program Termination

  • Either party may terminate creator status
  • Outstanding earnings paid according to SLK Pay policies
  • 30-day notice for program changes

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform IP

  • PyP platform, algorithms, and AI models are proprietary
  • PyP, StanLink, and related marks are our trademarks
  • Platform code, documentation, and educational content are copyrighted
  • Trading algorithms and system architectures may be patented

6.2 User-Generated Content

  • Users retain ownership of original strategies
  • Users grant us license to host and distribute strategies
  • We may display and promote user strategies in marketplace
  • Proper attribution provided for user-created content

6.3 Third-Party Content

  • Market data licensed from third-party providers
  • Educational content and integration APIs properly licensed
  • Compliance with open source license requirements

6.4 DMCA & Copyright Protection

  • We respect intellectual property rights
  • DMCA takedown and counter-notice procedures available
  • Repeat copyright infringers subject to account termination
  • DMCA safe harbor compliance maintained

7. Prohibited Uses & Conduct

7.1 Platform Misuse

  • No hacking, reverse engineering, or system exploitation
  • No sharing accounts or credentials
  • No bots, scrapers, or automated abuse
  • No excessive use impacting platform performance

7.2 Content Violations

  • No illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • No spam, unsolicited marketing, or promotional content
  • No false or misleading trading information
  • No harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior

7.3 Trading Violations

  • No market manipulation or price manipulation attempts
  • No insider trading or use of material non-public information
  • Compliance with all applicable trading regulations required
  • No fraudulent or deceptive trading practices

7.4 Commercial Violations

  • No unauthorized resale of platform services
  • No use of platform to compete directly with us
  • No unauthorized extraction of platform data
  • No reverse engineering of proprietary technology

  • No guarantee of profits or trading success
  • Past performance does not predict future results

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service availability
  • No warranty on accuracy of market data or analysis
  • No control over third-party service reliability
  • Platform may experience technical difficulties

8.3 AI & Algorithm Disclaimers

  • AI recommendations are not investment advice
  • No guarantee of algorithm effectiveness
  • AI models may produce inaccurate predictions
  • Users should exercise independent judgment

8.4 Educational Disclaimers

  • Educational content is not personalized investment advice

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord integrations subject to their terms
  • Third-party platform changes may affect our services
  • We're not responsible for third-party platform issues

13.3 Data Providers

  • Third-party market data provider terms apply
  • No warranty on third-party data accuracy
  • Potential delays in third-party data feeds
  • Compliance with data provider license terms required

13.4 Cloud Services

  • AWS, Cloudflare, and other infrastructure providers used
  • Service availability dependent on third-party uptime
  • Data stored in third-party data centers
  • Third-party security compliance standards maintained

14. Termination & Survival
