1. Overview

These Marketplace Terms govern the buying, selling, and trading of strategies on the PyP Marketplace. By participating in the marketplace, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Marketplace Participation

2.1 Seller Requirements

• Active Creator Program membership
• Valid SLK Creator ID
• Minimum strategy performance standards
• Compliance with all platform policies

2.2 Buyer Requirements

• Active PyP account
• Valid payment method through SLK Pay
• Acceptance of strategy risks and disclaimers

3. Strategy Listings

3.1 Listing Requirements

• Accurate strategy descriptions
• Complete performance data
• Proper risk disclosures
• Appropriate pricing

3.2 Prohibited Content

• Copied or stolen strategies
• Misleading performance claims
• Malicious or harmful code
• Unlicensed third-party content

4. Transactions

4.1 Payment Processing

• All payments processed by SLK Pay
• SLK Pay terms and conditions apply
• Refund decisions made by SLK Pay (final)

4.2 Commission Structure

• Platform commission: 15-30% based on creator tier
• Payment processing fees apply
• Monthly payout via SLK Pay

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Strategy Ownership

• Sellers retain strategy ownership
• Buyers receive usage license only
• No redistribution or resale rights

5.2 Platform Rights

• Right to display and promote strategies
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Quality assurance and compliance monitoring

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Performance Issues

• No refunds for poor strategy performance
• Technical support provided for legitimate issues
• Mediation available for disputes

6.2 Fraud Protection

• Refunds available for proven fraud
• Account termination for fraudulent sellers
• Buyer protection measures
